Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access this site. By using the site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that adult content is legal in your location.

Membership and License

A membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream and download content for your own private, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, resell, or share your account or any content. Doing so terminates your license and may result in legal action.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to circumvent security or access controls, use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Billing and Cancellation

Membership fees are billed through our third-party billing partners on the plan you select. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation stops future renewals.

Payments are processed by SAMPLE Billing Co. and SAMPLE Pay Inc. (e.g. CCBill / Epoch / RocketGate in production). Refunds are handled per the billing partner's policy; contact privacy@example.com (SAMPLE) or Support for billing questions.

Disclaimers and Governing Law

The site is provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States (SAMPLE), and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
